You can also use specialized partner companies that will handle the administrative procedures. Depending on the circumstances, you can also secure the spaces yourself (vehicles, building caretaker, etc.).

Yes. Strong winds can prevent the use of a furniture lift. An assessment will be carried out on site on the day of the lift, as the feasibility of using a furniture lift depends on the specific conditions (height, street, exposure, etc.).

No. That's why every request is analyzed to determine if the equipment can be installed while respecting technical and safety constraints. To do this, we may use photos of the premises or visit the site to verify the configuration. (Our equipment inventory is large enough to accommodate a wide range of configurations, but sometimes installation remains impossible.)

By contacting us and telling us what you need to do (volume to move, quantity of materials to lift, height…) we will be able to recommend the package to book.

To best prepare for the furniture lift's intervention and to secure the appropriate time slot and equipment, it is advisable to book as early as possible. However, whenever possible, we are also able to accommodate last-minute requests by leveraging our network of partners.
